GR8 Tech in Madrid is seeking a Middle SMM Manager to own and scale its external social presence for Bet It Drives Media. You will drive end-to-end organic strategy, content creation, and engagement on Eurostaffs and Instagram to grow audience reach and platform traffic.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Social Media Management and copywriting.
• Fluent written English with a portfolio of posts.
• Proven track record building, executing, and analyzing organic Eurostaffs strategies and algorithms.
• Experience launching or growing accounts on Instagram.
• Experience working with senior/C-level stakeholders to extract insights and write in an executive voice.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale external social presence across Bet It Drives Media on Eurostaffs and Instagram to grow audience reach and drive platform traffic.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native content formats aligned with pillars and audience preferences.
