Job summary

Bondora is seeking a Senior Social & Content Manager in Madrid to lead social end-to-end across markets and own the editorial calendar. You will collaborate with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Performance, and Country teams to make content a measurable growth lever.

You’ll implement an AI-driven content engine, manage external partners, and optimize distribution across owned, earned, and creator channels to drive demand. The role is on-site in Madrid with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Strong editorial taste and ability to scale content with AI.

Responsibilities

• Leading Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets.
• Owning the editorial calendar and content distribution engine: planning content across owned, earned, and creator surfaces.
• Producing content in-house with Brand team and managing social/content production agencies and UGC creators end-to-end.
• Architecting and operating Bondora's AI-driven content engine: building systems, tools, and workflows for ideation, planning, production, repurposing, listening, and analysis.
• Running social, content, and share-of-voice analytics and turning data into editorial and distribution decisions.
• Managing social media community day-to-day: moderating and responding to comments and messages across channels.
