Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager with a full-funnel, integrated vision of social media to lead major accounts from strategy to execution in Madrid.

You will guide client communications, craft innovative social strategies, oversee content ideation, influencer activity, and paid media integration, and drive measurable results with a strong emphasis on storytelling and analytics.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Social Media and leading major accounts is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-oriented approach.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, audiences, storytelling and user behavior.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools; Sprinklr is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client communication on Social Media, participating in strategic meetings and presenting proposals and results.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate strategy execution, Community Management, content ideation and production, influencer activity, and Paid Media integration.
• Define KPIs, monitor and analyze results, and apply learnings to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure strategy success and cross-platform consistency.
• Identify new trends and opportunities to drive innovation.
• Develop pitches and proposals for new business.
