Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Team Lead Content & Social Media Strategy based in Spain. You will shape the organic social presence for a leading international consumer brand, with a strong focus on Instagram.

You will lead a creative team, owning editorial strategy, content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis across social channels. Collaboration with marketing, brand, CRM, and ecommerce teams ensures a coherent brand experience.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead Content & Social Media Strategy based in Spain.

As Team Lead, Content & Social Media Strategy, you’ll shape the organic social presence of an established international consumer brand, with a strong focus on Instagram.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, creative direction, and data-driven decision-making to grow awareness, engagement, and loyal communities.
The role gives you ownership of the editorial strategy, content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis across social channels.
You’ll also guide a creative team, establishing effective workflows and helping colleagues consistently deliver high-quality work.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, creative, CRM, and ecommerce teams, you’ll ensure a coherent and engaging brand experience.
You’ll stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, algorithms, UGC, and influencer opportunities to identify new ways to accelerate organic growth.
