GR8_TECH is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and expand our external social presence, driving two growth vectors for Bet It Drives Media. You will craft end-to-end LinkedIn/Instagram strategies, create platform-native content, and analyze performance to optimize future cycles.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and copywriting.
• Fluent written English with a strong portfolio of posts.
• Proven track record building and analyzing organic LinkedIn strategies.
• Hands-on experience launching or growing Instagram accounts.
• Experience working with senior/C-level stakeholders to extract insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale GR8_TECH’s external social presence across two growth vectors.
• Run the social media strategy for Bet It Drives Media on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native content formats aligned with pillars.
• Measure performance: followers, impressions, engagement, click-throughs.
• Manage LinkedIn executive profiles, delivering up to 8 posts per month per profile.
• Conduct bi-weekly extraction calls with executives to gather insights.
• Grow SSI, follower counts, and industry authority for both profiles.
• Write native English copy tailored to brand voices and formats.
• Collaborate with designers to create multimedia assets for calendars.
