Power Digital in Spain is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to lead end-to-end paid media strategies across multiple channels and client accounts. This role requires guiding a small team of Supervisors, aligning with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to drive measurable growth.

You will own testing, road-mapping, and optimization, while expanding programmatic capabilities and AI-assisted workflows. Remote work with US time-zone alignment is required.

Formación

• 6-8+ years of Paid Media experience.
• Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with large budgets.
• Experience with GA4, GA/GT methods and reporting.
• Strong client relationship management and reporting skills.
• Team management and staff development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid media strategy and client performance for key accounts.
• Oversee a team of media supervisors and develop their skills.
• Own all paid media strategy, road-mapping, and testing.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director.
• Build programmatic vendor relationships across channels (CTV, display, native).
• Produce insights and client-facing reports.
