Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a fintech/cryptocurrency focused company seeking a Customer Retention Supervisor based in Spain. You will lead a team of retention specialists, drive outbound reactivation, and shape strategies to maximise recurring revenue.

You will design SOPs, scripts, and campaigns, monitor KPIs, coach agents, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to optimise customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in customer retention or similar.
Proven success in customer conversion, retention and reactivation with performance-driven teams.
Experience in developing SOPs, outbound calling scripts, workflows and training materials.
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Customer Retention Specialists with clear objectives.
Conduct outbound calls to drive repeat transactions and reactivation.
Develop and improve SOPs, calling workflows, scripts, and training materials.
Organise daily outreach, manage schedules and allocate campaigns.
