Nextlane in Spain is seeking a senior finance leader to governance and accounting standards across the group, ensuring IFRS compliance and local GAAP alignment. You will own global accounting and treasury processes, drive consolidation, inter-company accounting, and audit relationships.

You will redesign workflows for automation and agentic AI initiatives, lead a distributed Controlling team across Europe, recruit top talent, and partner with the CFO to forecast cash flow and KPI performance.

Formación

• 10+ years in accounting, controlling, or finance operations.
• 3+ years in a multi-entity or multinational environment.
• Native level of French and high level of English (C1) required; interview in both languages.
• Mastery of IFRS, French accounting standards, and local GAAP; strong consolidation and inter-company accounting knowledge.
• Experience with accounting systems, data management, and business intelligence tools.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce global accounting policies across locations and entities.
• Own global accounting and treasury processes and ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS, local GAAP).
• Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Design and manage a global chart of accounts and accounting system architecture; automate workflows.
• Build and lead a high-performing global controlling team; recruit and mentor senior talent.
• Oversee transition of finance headcount and centralized delivery model.
• Partner with CFO/FP&A to ensure data supports reporting, KPIs, and decision-making.
• Forecast cash flow and perform deviation analysis; drive automation and AI initiatives.
