Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting/finance with controller or senior role
• Experience with Spanish GAAP and IFRS
• Experience leading distributed remote teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements per GAAP/IFRS
• Develop accounting policies to improve internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Mentor accounting team and coordinate external audits
• Ensure tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Implement and manage financial systems and software
