You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and regulatory compliance, delivering timely financial statements and strategic insights to senior management.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting/finance, fluency in Spanish and English, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and managing distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement financial controls.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
