VWR International is seeking a Technical Service Technician to support customers across Southern Spain from Valencia and surrounding areas. The role is home-based with about 50% travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance and training of laboratory equipment.
You will diagnose complex issues, perform calibration, and provide remote support while ensuring quality service and compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years in field service, maintenance or technical service.
- Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of technical or lab equipment.
- Fluent Spanish written and spoken; good English for technical docs and international teams.
Responsabilités
- Install and configure equipment, including electrical and software setup.
- Perform preventive maintenance, qualification and calibration activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support and customer training.
- Manage service administration, spare parts, and materials ordering.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety procedures.
