Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Barcelona to diagnose, repair, and maintain our Diagnostics & Life Sciences instruments across Spain. Expect 50% travel, on-site visits, and collaborative work with EU teams to ensure maximum instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will handle preventive maintenance, service escalations, and on-site training, while aligning with QA/Safety standards and SAP-like reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electronics, biomed/chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in field service with complex issue resolution.
• Experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in labs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain Diagnostics and Life Sciences instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Coordinate with European support to resolve escalations.
• Provide on-site technical training and troubleshooting.
• Manage spare parts inventory and complete service reports per SLA.
