NTT DATA in Madrid seeks an entry-level Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist to learn configurations, installations and break/fix events with the TS Systems Integration team. This role focuses on associate level certification while building business knowledge and delivering support across projects.

You will work with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements, perform basic configurations and attend to callouts during project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Some work experience in technical implementation engineering, related to Networking technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to own portions of installations and break/fix incidents during projects.
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineering to meet client requirements.
• Handle less complex configurations and installations.
• Address less complex break/fix events during project lifecycles.
• Provide support alongside senior engineers.
