Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years global clinical/pharma industry experience.
• At least 8 years in clinical project management and people management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage staff in a global matrixed environment.
• Experience in Dementia programs and complex clinical research projects.
• Strong financial oversight and budgeting skills.
• Excellent client relationship building and sponsor negotiation.
• Fluent English; local language for Europe office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Project Management team across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure delivery of global clinical research projects on time and on budget.
• Drive planning, performance monitoring, and adherence to timelines and quality.
• Review strategy, content, and costing of new proposals; support growth.
• Partner with senior leadership on business development and client engagement.
• Build, strengthen and maintain sponsor relationships; serve as main contact.
• Lead project and sponsor reviews; proactively resolve issues for client satisfaction.
• Mentor, recruit, develop and evaluate PM staff; optimize resource use.
