You will mentor PM professionals, work with senior leaders on growth initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence while maintaining high client satisfaction across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life science or related field.
• At least 12 years in global clinical pharma with 8+ years PM and people management.
• Proven experience leading staff in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience managing dementia programs and complex trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Management team across global clinical studies.
• Oversee delivery, budgets, timelines, and quality of trials.
• Develop sponsor relationships and drive business development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and growth.
• Represent Worldwide in client-facing and capability activities.
