Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Director, EPMO Resource Optimization to shape how we optimize our global workforce for productivity, delivery, and financial performance. You will design frameworks and lead enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional impact.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to drive scalable optimization, build dashboards, and deliver measurable improvements while fostering transparency and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in resource optimization or related field.
• 5+ years advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy.
• Proven success designing and leading structured labor optimization programs.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency, productivity improvement, cost savings, cost avoidance, and value realization.
• Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and global delivery models.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions.
• Experience applying change management principles within complex organizations.
• Proficiency in English; familiarity with AI and automation technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy.
• Establish scalable methodologies and best practices for workforce effectiveness and delivery performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to optimize capacity and delivery outcomes.
• Leverage data, automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to advance optimization initiatives.
• Build and manage financial models sizing opportunities, targets, and value realization.
• Partner with Finance and HR to validate assumptions, track benefits realization, and quantify impact.
• Drive development of dashboards and reporting tools showing initiative progress and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders and removing barriers.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide communication to ensure successful transformation initiatives.
