Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior / Project Manager to lead Phase I–IV clinical trials delivery from start-up through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and financial performance while serving as the primary client contact and ensuring exceptional outcomes for patients and sponsors across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, with Oncology PM exposure.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: scope, time, cost, quality and risk management.
• Experience managing budgets and client-facing projects in CRO/pharma settings.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements for clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–IV clinical trials delivery from start-up to closeout across global studies.
• Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance to meet contractual goals.
• Act as primary client contact and drive high customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
• Foster a collaborative, multicultural team environment and ensure quality deliverables.
