Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across global trials, from start-up to database lock. You will coordinate resources, develop essential trial documents, and ensure data integrity throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in clinical data management, strong English, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or related role in pharma/biotech/medical devices
• Proficiency in English
• Strong working knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials
• Solid understanding of protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and study reports
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams

Responsabilités

• Lead data management activities across multiple complex global clinical trials from start-up through study close-out
• Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain key trial documentation, including data management plans, database specifications, edit check specifications, CCGs, and DTAs
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to support accurate and reliable database functionality
• Manage external vendor reconciliation specifications and support reconciliation outputs across study data sources
• Drive data cleaning activities to maintain data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis
• Produce and communicate study metrics to monitor progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making
• Partner with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while representing Data Management at project and study meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing feedback, participating in process reviews, and helping optimise data management practices
