Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to coordinate delivery across the EMEA region in a sponsor-dedicated model. You will drive project plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and quality goals.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive clinical trial management experience, and the ability to manage global studies from start-up through database lock. Remote opportunities are available in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Clinical Trial Management
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
• At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
• 2+ years of monitoring experience (preferred)
• Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous
• Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock (preferred)
• Demonstrates leadership in motivating and empowering teams
• Experience coaching/mentoring CTMs and leading a team
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project delivery
• Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and align with goals
• Preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior management
