Radisson Hotel Group is offering a Meetings & Events Business Solutions Trainee position in Madrid. This full-time internship focuses on supporting and enhancing M&E systems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.

The role emphasizes connectivity-related projects and accurate content management for M&E Club Hotels. The trainee will ensure external platforms reflect up-to-date meeting content, assist with training materials, and support ad-hoc Business Solutions projects while

Formación

• Internship eligibility with an academic institution.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in Meetings & Events operations.
• Technical curiosity with Sales & Catering systems (e.g., SAP, Opera, TMS for Meetings).
• Comfort working with digital systems and structured content management.
• Excellent communication and training skills across diverse, multicultural teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and improving user experience through technology.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of content quality and consistency across third-party RFP and instant booking platforms for M&E Club Hotels.
• Act as a key support in the rollout and management of our connectivity project with 55 external partners.
• Ensure our CRS accurately reflects up-to-date meeting and event-related content from connected portals.
• Support hotel teams in understanding and utilizing connected systems effectively.
• Assist in configuration support for franchise and managed hotels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop user-friendly training and reference materials.
• Provide occasional support to other Business Solutions initiatives on a project basis.
