As a Meetings & Events Business Solutions Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in empowering our MICE teams across our Leased, Managed, and Franchise Hotels by supporting and enhancing our Meetings & Events (M&E) systems and tools.
This is a global role, working across multiple markets and regions, supporting hotel teams from Europe to the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
It’s an exciting opportunity to improve efficiency, drive digital transformation, and support data-driven decision-making across our global hotel portfolio — with a primary focus on Connectivity-related projects.
Your Key Focus: Connectivity Projects
We are currently onboarding 55 external partners that will be able to send RFPs and instant bookings directly into our Central Reservation System (CRS).
As a trainee, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all content on these external platforms is accurate, complete, and centrally managed for our M&E Club Hotels — Radisson hotels where Meetings & Events are supported through a centralised model.
This role requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy mindset, as you’ll help ensure seamless, professional representation of our hotels across all connected portals.
While connectivity-related work will be your key focus, you may also support the Business Solutions team on ad-hoc projects, depending on business priorities and system-related needs.
Duration: 6 months (preferably, with possibility of extending to 1 year)
