Capitole seeks an EV Fleet Electrification Engineer to join a remote team based in Spain, focusing on electrifying service vehicle fleets and developing charging strategies for home, workplace, depot, and public charging. The role supports UK/Ireland markets and will coordinate with suppliers and installation partners.

Ideal candidates have solid EV charging experience, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Solid experience in EV charging infrastructure, fleet electrification or electric mobility.
• Proven experience developing charging strategies for commercial or service vehicle fleets.
• Knowledge of home, workplace, depot and public charging solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
• Develop charging strategies covering home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Analyse charging technologies, power requirements and operational considerations.
• Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
• Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
• Support supplier selection and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Assist with charging infrastructure installation planning and implementation.
• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Support the pilot phase and contribute to future expansion into additional countries.
