Allego is seeking a Network Development Manager to expand its ultra-fast charging network across Spain. You will report to the Director of Network Development and partner with Planning, Legal, Delivery and Operations to drive site origination and development.

We value a strong commercial mindset, 5+ years in business development or site acquisition, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel across Spain and a valid driver's license are required as we scale across Europe's dynamic EV market.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, infrastructure development or related sector.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willing to travel regularly across Spain.
• Holder of a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new charging site opportunities across Spain.
• Build and manage a pipeline of development opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize site agreements with landowners, retailers, fuel station operators and municipalities.
• Evaluate commercial feasibility, investment cases and expected returns for new charging locations.
• Assess project feasibility considering technical, regulatory, grid and commercial constraints.
• Drive projects from origination through development, coordinating all key activities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including landowners, partners, legal advisors and grid operators.
• Act as the primary contact during development, ensuring alignment on scope and timelines.
• Initiate permitting, grid connection and technical feasibility processes with specialist teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure projects are documented and prepared for handover to Delivery teams.
• Represent Allego in the Spanish market and build strategic relationships.
