Capitole is seeking an EV Fleet Electrification Engineer to lead the electrification of a service vehicle fleet through robust charging strategies and infrastructure assessments. This 100% remote role is based in Spain, supporting UK-oriented pilots and markets.

You will evaluate AC/DC charging, power management and supplier proposals, coordinating with partners across regions while maintaining high standards of project governance. Fluent English is required, with UK/IE market familiarity valued.

Formación

• Solid experience in EV charging infrastructure, fleet electrification or electric mobility.
• Proven experience developing charging strategies for commercial or service vehicle fleets.
• Knowledge of home, workplace, depot and public charging solutions.
• Understanding of AC/DC charging, smart charging and power management.
• Experience assessing suppliers, technical proposals and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Availability to work remotely from Spain starting October 2026.
• Experience with the UK or Irish markets will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
• Develop charging strategies for home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Analyze charging technologies, power requirements and operational considerations.
• Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
• Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
• Support supplier selection and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Assist with installation planning and implementation of charging infrastructure.
• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Support the pilot phase and expansion to additional countries.
