Capitole is seeking an EV Fleet Electrification Engineer to join our international project focused on electrifying service vehicle fleets. This 100% remote role is based in Spain, with initial work supporting the UK market.

You will assess charging infrastructure options, develop strategies for home, workplace, depot and public charging, and collaborate with suppliers on proposals and contracts. Fluent English and remote work from Spain are required.

Formación

• Solid experience in EV charging infrastructure, fleet electrification or electric mobility.
• Proven experience developing charging strategies for commercial or service vehicle fleets.
• Knowledge of home, workplace, depot and public charging solutions.
• Understanding of AC/DC charging technologies, smart charging and power management.
• Experience with supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Available to work remotely from Spain from October 2026.
• Experience with the UK or Irish markets valued.

Responsabilidades

• Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
• Develop charging strategies covering home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Analyse charging technologies, power requirements and operational considerations.
• Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
• Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
• Support supplier selection and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Assist with charging infrastructure installation planning and implementation.
• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Support the pilot phase and contribute to future expansion into additional countries.
