Capitole is seeking an EV Charging Infrastructure Engineer to join our international team focused on fleet electrification. The role is 100% remote from Spain, supporting a project initially targeting the UK, with duties spanning strategy development, supplier evaluation and risk management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to expansion into additional countries while ensuring compliance with security policies and NDA requirements.

Formación

• Solid experience in EV charging infrastructure or fleet electrification.
• Experience developing charging strategies for commercial fleets.
• Knowledge of home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Understanding of AC/DC charging, smart charging and power management.
• Experience evaluating suppliers and infrastructure proposals.
• Strong PM, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Available to work remotely from Spain starting Oct 2026.
• Experience with UK or Irish markets valued.

Responsabilidades

• Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
• Develop charging strategies for home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Analyze charging technologies, power requirements and operations.
• Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
• Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
• Support supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Assist with installation planning and implementation.
• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the pilot phase and expansion to other countries.
