Job summary

Optimaes Talent is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager for Europe, based in Madrid (Leganés HQ) with remote flexibility and 50% travel across EU. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales/business development in Europe, with 2–3 years in regional sales management or distribution channel management.
• Working experience in allergy industry is required.
• Available to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage master distributors and regional partners across key European markets.
• Lead key accounts, high-value negotiations, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with regional laws, GDPR, and industry codes; collaborate with QA/RA for regulatory activities.
