Sobi is seeking a Regional Medical Excellence Associate Director/Director to lead Europe medical strategies. The role is fully remote across Europe, with 30% travel and close collaboration with country teams to ensure launch readiness and impactful medical programs.

The ideal candidate has a medical/pharmaceutical/biomedical degree with 10+ years in pharma, including Medical Affairs, Rare Diseases experience, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills.

Formación

• Requires medical or biomedical degree with extensive pharma experience.
• 10+ years in pharma, 4+ years in a relevant function (Medical Affairs preferred).
• Experience in Rare Diseases and nephrology is valued; cardiometabolic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Europe Region Medical strategies and tactics.
• Provide insights to Medical team and shape the KOL engagement plan.
• Collaborate with country teams to standardize medical activities and launch planning.
• Consolidate dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide launch readiness insights.
• Support Regional Medical Director in improvements, coaching, and capability uplift.
• Contribute to learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
• Assist in setting up regional tactical medical plan and priorities.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the regional voice.
• Support due diligence and Global B&D programs with regional and global teams.
