Job summary

Revolution Medicines, based in Madrid, seeks a Manager Commercial Execution Ops to drive high-complexity cross-functional programs across Spain and Portugal. You will support governance, stakeholder engagement, and leadership meetings while ensuring alignment with regional priorities.

The role demands 8+ years in biopharma or life sciences, project management expertise, and certification. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) required or in progress.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spain and Portugal leadership to execute complex cross-functional initiatives across operations.
• Support and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring strategic alignment with priorities.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Lead organization of monthly Leadership Team meetings and governance meetings for Spain and Portugal, including logistics.
• Collaborate with European Commercialization teams to ensure connected, engaged operations.
• Plan and manage international travel itineraries and contingencies for leadership.
• Ensure budget tracking, reporting, and documentation integrity across activities.
• Coordinate internal contracts and purchasing with Legal, Compliance and Finance governance.
• Support office setup and HR/Legal governance for affiliate sites in Spain and Portugal.
• Lead office management and internal communications in liaison with Corporate Communications and HR/EHS.
• Drive ad hoc tasks and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
