Job summary

Infront, a provider helping banks and wealth managers, is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will maintain risk records, coordinate updates, and assist with risk assessments and reporting under the Head of Risk & Compliance.

Under supervision, you’ll keep risk registers current, track exposures and actions, and contribute to governance materials. Ideal graduates have strong organization, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career candidate with an interest in enterprise risk management.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reporting tools and structured information.
• Able to follow defined processes and spot incomplete, inconsistent or overdue information.
• A good written and verbal communicator.
• Experience or exposure to risk, compliance, audit, financial services, technology or a related environment.
• Spanish or another European language (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Keep the Enterprise Risk Register, Risk Exposure Register and associated action records complete and current.
• Coordinate with risk owners and delegates, following up for periodic risk, exposure, KRI and action updates.
• Record new risk exposures and help categorise and map them within the risk framework.
• Track risk treatment and remediation actions, following up on those approaching or overdue.
• Support the preparation of periodic enterprise risk assessments and risk-owner review materials.
• Help collect and organise the information and evidence needed for risk and resilience assessments.
• Analyse risk data to spot trends, movements, overdue actions and recurring exposures.
• Prepare standard risk reports, dashboards and management information using established templates.
• Help prepare materials for the Risk & Compliance Committee and other governance meetings.
• Maintain accurate, auditable records of risk assessments, decisions, approvals and supporting evidence.
• Provide administrative support for risk workshops, meetings and assessment activities, recording actions and decisions.
• Support the Risk & Resilience Officer and wider Risk & Compliance team with other defined activities as required.
