Starr Insurance is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Europe. You will identify, assess, monitor and report risks aligned with Solvency II and the Risk Appetite Framework.

You will contribute to ORSA assessments, risk reporting to Senior Management and Boards, and coordinate risk and control activities across the European operations as part of the Second Line of Defence.

Formación

• Experience in risk management, insurance, or governance functions.
• Experience supporting ORSA processes and regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of Solvency II governance and risk management requirements.
• Experience preparing management information and Board-level reporting.
• Experience with risk assessments, control testing or RCSA processes would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Europe.
• Assist in ORSA preparation, risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Monitor KRIs and risk appetite metrics and escalate material issues.
• Coordinate risk assessments and maintain the risk register across functions.
• Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with review and challenge.
• Provide independent challenge on risk identification, assessments and controls.
• Analyze and report on underwriting, operational, regulatory and strategic risks.
• Support root cause analysis of operational risk events and remediation tracking.
• Assist with risk reporting to Senior Management, Boards and Committees.
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability risk assessments as required.
