Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading risk team. You’ll operate in the first line of defence, applying analytical skills to align risk frameworks with growth initiatives.

You’ll identify, assess, and document operational risks, design and test controls, and deliver risk incident reports. A 2:1 degree and 2+ years in risk management within financial services are required, plus the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from a top university is required.
• 2+ years in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated achievements in academics or competitions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and review operational risks across functions.
• Design, implement, and test risk controls.
• Develop and test key procedures and KRIs.
• Register risk events and deliver incident reports.
• Support risk management in Wealth and Trading initiatives.
