Starr is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Europe. The role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting risks in line with Solvency II and our Risk Appetite Framework.

You will contribute to ORSA assessments and risk reporting to Senior Management and Boards. The role sits in the Second Line of Defence, providing independent challenge to business functions and enhancing risk governance across European operations through risk

Formación

• University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in risk management, insurance, internal audit or governance.
• Experience with Solvency II and ORSA processes is desirable.
• Advanced Excel; data analytics or Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Prepare and coordinate ORSA, including risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Monitor KRIs and Risk Appetite metrics; escalate breaches and emerging risks.
• Coordinate risk assessments across functions and maintain the risk register.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and review documentation.
• Provide independent challenge on risk identification, assessments and controls.
• Analyse and report on underwriting, operational, conduct, regulatory and liquidity risks.
• Support reporting to Senior Management, Boards and Board Committees.
• Monitor regulatory developments from EIOPA and national authorities.
