Apex Group is seeking a Head of Risk Framework to design, strengthen and oversee the Group's risk management framework, taxonomy and policy governance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead incident management, risk assessment, and reporting while partnering with Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit. This role requires senior leadership, stakeholder management and a focus on risk culture.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services.
• Deep knowledge of risk frameworks, appetite, assessment, controls and incident management.
• Experience leading risk transformation and GRC technology changes.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and board-facing communication.
• Experience across multi-jurisdictional or global organisations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, strengthen, maintain and oversee the Group Risk Management Framework and policy standards.
• Oversee taxonomy, risk appetite, assessment, escalation and reporting across the Group.
• Lead risk framework development, incident management and key risk indicators.
• Provide senior sponsorship for risk technology, data initiatives and Audit & Risk committees.
