Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within the insurance sector.
• Strong English language skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of ORSA, including risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Monitor KRIs and risk appetite metrics and escalate material breaches or emerging risks.
• Coordinate periodic risk assessments with business functions and maintain the risk register.
• Analyse and report on underwriting, operational, conduct, strategic, regulatory, liquidity and emerging risks.
• Support production of risk reports for senior management and Boards.
• Contribute to third-party risk management and outsourcing assessments.
• Assist reviews of new products and strategic projects from a risk perspective.
• Support monitoring of Solvency II governance and regulatory expectations.
• Assist with audits, inspections and information requests.
• Monitor developments from EIOPA and other regulators.
• Support Business Continuity and Incident Management processes where applicable.
• Participate in development and maintenance of risk policies and governance documents.
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability risk assessments as required.
