As Senior Backend & Technical Lead, you combine architecture, backend engineering, and technical leadership to deliver scalable solutions and align product vision with technical execution.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in backend development and distributed systems.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and API design skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture of a complex event-driven platform.
• Design and develop backend services and microservices.
• Define APIs and integration approaches with internal/external systems.
• Enhance workflow and automation for scalable business processes.
• Drive architectural decisions and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support technical planning, estimation, and delivery.
