Thales in Madrid is seeking an Engineering Delivery Management leader to drive delivery maturity across projects and bids. You will steer teams, develop talent, and align with customer needs in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

You will work in a hybrid role with flexible hours and remote-friendly policies, contributing to global digital security solutions. Fluent English, French, and Spanish are required to collaborate across disciplines.

Formación

• Master of Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in Engineering Manager, IT/Technical PM, or Software Engineering Manager (SwEM).
• Proficiency in English, French and Spanish at a high level.
• Ability to lead a technical team in a challenging environment.
• Desire to delight customers and build strong relationships.
• Collaborative, proactive approach to develop teams and processes.
• Ability to make decisions in uncertain contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy adequate practices and tools to reach delivery maturity.
• Work with the discipline delivery team to improve efficiency and identify gaps.
• Capitalize and share knowledge and assets for the delivery discipline.
• Manage people/skills and allocate to products/projects.
• Lead Delivery Lead Staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) per requests.
• Represent the CC in project reviews.
• Review engineering deliverability for bids (strategy, plan, risk mitigation, certification, resourcing).
• Contribute to bids, products, and project peer reviews to reduce risks.
