Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of Product Development in Spain. You will own the complete lifecycle of physical consumer products, from customer insights to launch, pricing, and post-launch performance, coordinating with overseas factories and a small team.

You will drive research, design, and commercial decisions, using customer reviews, surveys, and pricing tests to shape product strategy.

Formación

• Three physical consumer products launched for US consumers with ownership of insights and commercial results.
• Five+ years in a consumer products company serving US consumers.
• Evidence-based decisions from customer feedback and research.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from customer needs to post-launch performance.
• Manage overseas factories and production requirements.
• Lead a small team, shape research and scoring systems for product decisions.
• Establish feedback loop between launch forecasts and actual results.
• Oversee pricing, margins, and market positioning.
