HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive decisions.

The role involves defining long-term vision, leading market insights, and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-moving environment. This position offers remote work within Spain with optional hybrid work from Mallorca for candidates considering relocation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities for high-visibility initiatives.
