Job summary

MCC is seeking a Pricing Manager, EMEA, to turn data into actionable commercial insight and help maximise profitability across multiple countries.

You will work with Sales, Finance and Estimating teams to develop scalable pricing models, enhance reporting, and strengthen pricing governance across the region.

This remote, international role requires strong analytical skills, cross-country experience, and the ability to influence senior leaders from Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pricing, estimating, or commercial analytics within B2B manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience building and maintaining pricing and estimating models.
• Understanding pricing strategy, cost dynamics, and margin management.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple countries/markets in international business.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse pricing performance across products, markets, and customer segments to provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor price realisation vs. inflation; identify margin protection opportunities.
• Identify pricing risks, margin erosion trends, and commercial opportunities across the EMEA portfolio.
• Support development and enhancement of pricing and estimating models, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Estimating to align reporting and governance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations for senior leadership teams.
• Support pricing strategy initiatives to improve consistency and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across countries.
