Job summary

Cimpress Services seeks a Finance Manager to lead pricing and analytics across Europe, with a remote-first setup. You will build pricing models, dashboards, and P&L frameworks, partnering with commercial and product teams to scale the business.

We value startup-style ownership, rigorous financial modeling, and ability to work across channels like B2C and B2B. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; 5+ years of finance experience.
• Experience blending FP&A with strategic commercial operations.
• Pricing experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments; exposure to Amazon is a plus.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build pricing programs across B2C and B2B channels, balancing margins.
• Build competitive intelligence frameworks for pricing decisions.
• Develop financial reporting: P&L, profitability, and leadership dashboards.
• Create and maintain commercial analytics: unit economics and channel KPIs.
• Create and stress-test business cases for new products and scenarios.
• Own profitability by SKU, channel, and customer segment.
• Partner with commercial, operations, and product teams to translate data into decisions.
• Take on unplanned analyses and improve scalable financial processes.
