bp in Madrid seeks a pricing automation and analytics specialist to lead automation and data-driven initiatives across MED and Europe pricing operations. You will collaborate with Pricing, Sales, IT, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You will leverage Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI capabilities to deliver dashboards, data pipelines, and decision-support tools, while supporting SAP, Polaris, ICPM, and PROS systems within a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with AI, analytics, and pricing automation tools is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps ways of working is desirable.
Responsabilités
- Lead automation and process improvement opportunities across pricing operations.
- Support daily pricing activities and ensure systems remain stable.
- Develop analytics products, dashboards, and data pipelines to optimize pricing.
- Drive automation using Power Platform, SAP automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of pricing practices.
