Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote, performance-driven team. You will source and headhunt candidates for roles abroad, manage your own pipeline, and work with clients across borders.

During onboarding, you will receive paid training for 3 months, after which earnings are commission-based with no cap. Expect 30-40 hours weekly, flexible remote work, and long-term collaboration with an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media).
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Dutch-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
