Learnlight, an EdTech company, seeks a Learner Support Specialist to help learners achieve goals from a remote setting. You will work with CSM and TM teams to manage inquiries, guide learners through platforms, and document interactions in Dynamics CRM.

You will provide empathetic, proactive support, escalate complex issues, and maintain high satisfaction while meeting SLAs and quality standards across diverse learning journeys.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Customer service skills with a positive, empathetic attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Capacity to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for learners via email, calls, and CRM tickets.
• Guide learners on platforms, tools, resources, and program requirements to stay motivated.
• Document learner interactions in Dynamics CRM and share feedback with internal teams.
• Resolve and escalate learner issues, ensuring follow-up to resolution.
• Coordinate learner and program requests within the Learnlight Platform with CSM and TM support.
• Meet SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards while ensuring a positive learner experience.
