Philips is seeking a Remote Support Engineer for Digital Computational Pathology. You will implement, upgrade and support Digital Pathology IT solutions for customers in Spain and across Europe, enabling real-time data streaming and AI analyses within a turnkey IT infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science-related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT experience or bachelor’s degree with no experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, SQL, Active Directory, Group Policies, VMware, networking; good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong team-player mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and good written/spoken English; Italian or French a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to Spain/Europe.

• Implement Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects and upgrade existing ones.
• Participate in incident/problem management and troubleshooting across Europe.
• Work remotely as part of a European team supporting Spain and other countries.
• Support occasional customer visits and travel between centers.
