Job summary

Philips in Madrid is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain our medical technology at customer sites. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance while delivering superior customer service.

You should have a technical engineering degree and hands-on service experience with high-tech equipment, along with strong Spanish and good English communication. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline relevant to medical technology.
• Hands-on experience servicing medical or high-technology equipment.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain customer sites with a focus on uptime and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field change orders/ installations.
• Identify and solve customer issues; communicate results to Service and Sales as needed.
• Travel as required; coordinate with Service Delivery and Area Manager; ensure regulatory compliance.
