Brainlab is seeking a Support Specialist Imaging Systems for Spain. You will install, upgrade, and maintain imaging devices and software in hospitals, delivering expert technical assistance remotely while coordinating with the Support team.

You will travel internationally up to 80% and work from home, ensuring top-tier customer service. The role requires a technical degree and strong diagnostic skills, with fluency in English and Spanish and great communication abilities.

Formación

• Requires a technical degree and strong diagnostic abilities.
• Experience in healthcare tech or imaging is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure imaging systems and software in hospitals.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and safety tests; troubleshoot autonomously.
• Provide exemplary customer support and clear documentation of service activities.
• Coordinate with Support Manager and teams to ensure timely service delivery.
