Job summary

Philips in Madrid is seeking a Customer Project Manager Health Systems (Imaging & Image Guided Therapy) to lead installation projects and coordinate the Order Realization and Order Acquisition Processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will work with sales, site planning, and cross-functional teams, manage project plans in PSA, handle risk and budget, and ensure customer acceptance, with hybrid working and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master Degree level education.
• Experience in equipment installation in healthcare (B2B).
• Proven track record leading project implementation or team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Order Acquisition Process (OAP) and site planning.
• Create project plans and budgets; perform risk assessments.
• Lead installation project interface with customer; manage milestones and resources.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer acceptance; escalate issues as needed.
