Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for its Surgical Imaging segment. You will lead multi-channel digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, optimize lead management, and deliver measurable business results across markets.

The role is an individual contributor with extensive stakeholder interaction, offering flexibility from home office in listed countries or a hybrid model at GE HealthCare locations. Travel is <10%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related field.
• Expertise in multi-channel marketing and marketing automation; Marketo preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; fluent German is a strong plus and Spanish/French are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans for different zones in the Surgery segment.
• Lead all paid media activities with the media agency, including briefs, regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Oversee campaign execution and reporting to meet KPIs and success metrics.
• Optimize lead lifecycle management and database segmentation.
• Support education and capability-building initiatives for local marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and drive continuous improvement.
