Job summary

Toloka AI delivers high-quality human data to frontier AI labs and partners with leading AI groups worldwide. You will be the first dedicated partnerships professional, responsible for sourcing partners, pitching value, and closing deals from discovery to pilots.

As a founding role, you will own the function end-to-end, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Sales, while building a scalable partner network that drives data collection and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial sourcing.
• Experience building a function or new stream from zero.
• Strong outbound and deal-closing track record.
• Experience negotiating data/IP/content-heavy contracts is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source partners outbound and build target lists of potential data partners.
• Open doors and pitch to owners, GMs, and ops leaders to convert into meetings.
• Structure and close small pilots that scale into ongoing data collection.
• Run partners through our process with Legal, Finance, and Sales to negotiate workable structures.
